The purpose of Project Aspiration Foundation (PAF) is to develop a comprehensive program of support for the youth in the greater Columbia area and to conduct programs and activities that will help them to gain access to higher educational opportunities and to societal benefits that are usually associated with this achievement.

The PAF STAR Mentoring Program is dedicated to empowering young men in Grades 7-12 to develop their leadership skills and reach their full potential. Through the Project Aspiration Foundation, we’re focusing on what matters most:
Program includes:
College & university campus visits
SAT/ACT Bootcamps
Leadership workshops
Community engagement
Whether your son is an athlete, scholar, musician, or student government leader – if he’s striving for GREATNESS, this program is for him!

S.T.A.R. PROGRAM Schedule and Requirements
On behalf of the Columbia Chapter of S.T.A.R. Program, I humbly thank you for your interest in our Stars Program.
S.T.A.R. Program is dedicated to helping young men of high school age develop leadership skills for personal and
professional growth.
Through club-oriented activities, participants engage in projects that expose them to planning, organizing,
collaboration, and leadership development. All activities are modeled around four principles:
- Leadership
- Academics
- Maturity
- Perseverance
Benefits of participation include:
- Community service hours essential for college consideration
- Access to college grants and scholarships (up to $2,000)
- Mentorship through Project Aspiration Foundation
- Leadership and manhood development
- Local and national networking opportunities
